T W DAVIES PRIZE
The 'T W Davies Prize' is a current, annually offered award for the Vice-Captains of the School. The prize was donated by Mr and Mrs T W Davies. It is first reported in the 1978 Speech Day Prize List as 'The Vice-Captains Prizes'.
Although T W Davies did not attend the College, his three sons, 'John', Robert, and Scott were all boarders at the College. Scott was a School vice-captain in 1977 the year before the award was first offered.
