GRAINGER, Arthur Alfred (1925-1992) staff member joined the School at the commencement of second term, 1958 as Senior Chemistry Master, a position he continued to fill till his retirement at the end of 1982. He also became Head of the Science Faculty, and was a very thorough and successful teacher of many students over the years. In the school community as a whole he is remembered as Quarter-Master with the Cadet Unit, a position which brought him into contact with all the cadets particularly at the annual camp.
